Hi Katy, I am sorry to hear you are not with us any more. My last email to you was a hope that we would cross swords again [in the nicest possible way], but now that won't happen... you had been often in my mind over the last months and I salute your strength and resolve, your humour, honesty and integrity, your fighting spirit and we are lesser without you.
