What can I say about Katy? I worked for her for ten years at Levenes and I can honestly say they were the best ten years of my working life. We got on so well and I knew that she always had my back as I did hers. We kept in touch since then and I was so proud of her when she was called to the Bar and was chuffed that she invited me to the ceremony.  

More recently, we went for an Indian meal and she helpfully explained to me what all the dishes were as she knew that I didn’t like hot food, she was so thoughtful!

My loves and thoughts are with Marcia, Laura and Robert and the rest of Katy’s family at this sad and difficult time but hope they are comforted knowing that she wasn’t in pain and slipped away peacefully with the people she loved by her side.

She was my friend and I will miss her so much.
