Katy was an incredible lawyer. We worked together most recently when I instructed her on a very difficult case that lasted many days. She went above and beyond what could be expected of any barrister, let alone one undergoing chemo. She was always helpful and thoughtful. She was funny and had good humour throughout. Most of all she cared deeply about what happened to the children. I am deeply saddened by her loss.
